In 1998, McFarlane Toys released their first stellar Movie Maniacs series. it included Leatherface, Jason, Freddy Krueger, and two figures from Species II: Eve and Patrick. The first Species film is fairly decent but they get progressively worse as the series goes on. That said, the creatures — based on designs by HR Giger — are really great. These action figures captured them well.
