I bought these from IAW in an eBay auction ending April 16, 2010. They were designed and used in the Vulcan Jellyfish ship in JJ Abrams’ Star Trek (2009). The larger one is 11.5cm x 4cm and the smaller one is 7.5cm by 2.5cm. They are printed on transparent labels and were removed from the set after production.
You can see four sets of them in this screencap behind the Vulcan engineers on the left. They are on the silver rectangular fixtures on the wall. The larger one on the bottom and the smaller one on the top.
UPDATE: As of August 15, 2010 these pieces are no longer in my collection. I sold them to forum member, Jordino.
